jessica swift - President
Jessica Swift is the President of the Historic Prospect & Southland Park Neighborhood Association and a lifelong West Palm Beach resident. She and her husband have lived on Greenwood Drive since 2021, where they are raising their two sons, Trent (5) and Beckett (3).
A University of Florida graduate, Jessica owns Regalya (fine bone china) and Maison Azure (soft furnishings and design), with a storefront next to Sushi Jo in SoSo. She previously served as the Association’s Secretary and is proud to help preserve and enhance the neighborhood she calls home.
chris callahan - vice president
Chris Callahan is a realtor with Corcoran who grew up in the area and moved back to Monceaux Road in 2014. Chris, his wife Liz, and their 3 children enjoy playing sports and relaxing at the beach. Chris has volunteered for hospice since 2017 and is the Board Chair of Trustbridge Hospice Foundation.
Jessica Prince - treasurer
Jessica Prince serves as Treasurer of the Historic Prospect Park and Southland Park Neighborhood Association. She has lived in the neighborhood for 16 years and has been an active member of the board for the past 10 years.
With a background in finance, Jessica brings strong financial oversight to the association. She is passionate about the community and has long advocated for traffic calming and improved neighborhood safety.
Jessica currently operates the HotelPlanner Tennis Tour and remains dedicated to supporting and strengthening the neighborhood she calls home.
Erika Fillet - Secretary & Communications
Erika (Strasser) Fillet serves as Secretary of the Historic Prospect Park and Southland Park Neighborhood Association. She grew up in North Palm Beach, and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a professional background in advertising and entertainment.
After living in New York City and San Francisco for over 10 years, she is thrilled to have returned home to south Florida, and now lives on Greymon Drive in Southland Park with her husband, Mac.
Erika is excited to contribute to the momentum and growth of this neighborhood in the years to come.
LAURA RATHLEV - EVENTS Chair / PARKS & BEAUTIFICATION
Laura Rathlev is an artist who moved from New York to West Palm Beach eight years ago.
She first lived downtown, and five years ago she and her husband settled on Greenwood Drive in Southland Park with their two children, ages six and eight.
Laura is grateful for the opportunity to support and contribute to this community.
